Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving work before it goes live
  • Maintaining backups of their website and data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitLift’s total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to ProfitLift in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Clients may not use our services to:

  • Promote or engage in illegal activities

  • Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
  • Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, hosting providers, etc.)
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

  • Promote adult content, gambling, or other restricted industries without proper disclosure and compliance

Advertising Standards

For advertising services, clients must:

  • Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
  • Obtain necessary permissions for use of images, trademarks, or copyrighted material
  • Provide truthful and non-misleading advertising content
  • Follow platform-specific advertising policies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Consequences of Violation

If we determine that a client is using our services in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Issue a warning and request immediate corrective action
  • Suspend services until the violation is remedied
  • Terminate the client relationship immediately without refund
  • Report violations to appropriate authorities or platform providers

Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProfitLift from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or their use of our services in an unlawful manner.
